Minutes of Extraordinary Meeting of
Castle Combe Parish Council on 13th June 2024 at
The Village Hall.
Present. Cllrs. F. Winup, J. Prior, J. Halliday and S. Bettles.
Apologies: Cllrs. J. Mackleden, G. Clegg- Littler and B. Blair.
Declarations of Interest. None.
Agar. Cllr. F. Winup, went through the AGAR figures and it was agreed to round them up to the nearest pound.
The clerk will check the figure for the assets on the insurance policy and put them onto the form, before it is sent to the External Auditors.
Cllr. F. Winup proposed that the figures are correct, and the forms can be signed.
All agreed. The chairman and clerk signed and dated them, and the clerk will send them to the external auditors.
