Draft Minutes of the Extraordinary Meeting on Thursday 8th June 2023 commencing at 7.30p.m.
At the Village Hall
Present: Cllr. Winup, Halliday and Prior.
1. Apologies for absence. Cllrs. Clegg-Litter, Blair, Bettles, Mackelden
2. Declarations of interest. None
3. To approve the Annual Governance Statement. The clerk read out the AG statement which was approved.
4. To approve the 2022-23 accounting statements. The clerk read out the accounting statements and they were approved.
5. To approve the reconciliation of accounts. Cllr. Winup went through the accounts and the reconciliation of accounts, and there was still a minor difference in the PC account. It was agreed that the clerk would check all of the figures again, and meet with Cllr. Winup to reconcile the accounts for agreement with councillors.
Meeting closed at 9.00pm.
