Minutes of the Extraordinary Parish Council meeting held on 27th June 2013

2. Declarations of interest:
There were no declarations of interest.
3. Approval of accounts & Annual Governance Statement for 2012-13
The Clerk went through the annual return and governance statement to be sent to the external auditors Grant Thornton, for the financial year 2012-13, and said that they had to be approved by the end of June and submitted to Mazars by early July.
The Council unanimously approved the accounts and governance statements.
4. Budget 2013-14
The Chairman reviewed the proposed budget for 2013-14 and the out goings and income for 2012-13. The meeting agreed to amend the capital/maintenance budget to cover repairs to the butter cross, replacement lawn mower and village hall kitchen double glazing. The Council then unanimously approved the budget proposal.
