Draft Minutes of the Extraordinary Meeting held in the Village Hall, Castle Combe
on Thursday 20th June 2019

- 2019-20 Budget
The Council reviewed the draft budget for the financial year. It was proposed by Cllr. S. Bettles and seconded by Cllr. Mrs H. Reeves that it was approved. This was agreed unanimously by the Council.
- 2018-19 Accounting Statements
The Clerk reviewed the annual accounting statements and said that the Council was not exempt from external audit for 2018-19 as the higher of gross income or gross expenditure exceeded £25000.
It was proposed by Cllr. Mrs. J. Halliday and seconded by Cllr J. Prior that the accounting statements were approved. This was agreed unanimously by the Council.
The Chairman and Clerk signed the documents.
